Why Menifee buyers need a real calculator
Standard online mortgage calculators show you principal and interest, then maybe property tax. They almost never include Mello-Roos or HOA — and in most newer Menifee neighborhoods, those two line items can add $300–$700 per month on top of what the calculator shows.
